TERMS AND CONDITIONS HAVE A LOOK

We are happy that you like Have A Look's reading glasses and that you chose to shop with us!

These terms regulate all users of all content of the domain www.havealookshop.com. The terms and conditions are valid for all your future transactions with Have A Look ApS (henceforth referred to as Have A Look or we) and visits to the site.

Have A Look reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions.

No binding purchase agreement between you and Have A Look has been made until you receive an order confirmation from Have A Look

Payment and security 
Have A Look accept card payments by MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron. The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).

Have A Look use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. We use SSL to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Shipping and prices
All orders are shipped with PostNord as tracked letter. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. You will receive an e-mail as soon as your order is handled as well.

Free shipping in Europe on orders of 3 pairs of glasses.
Shipping charges world wide: €7 

If your country is part of the European Union (EU), prices include Danish VAT at 25% . 

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Have A Look ship your package according to Incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

All orders are shipped from Denmark with PostNord as tracked letter. Delivery time for EU countries is 3-4 working days from the day we receive your order. Timely delivery requires that PostNord meet their delivery terms. In case of delays at PostNord, the delivery may be late. Have A Look cannot be held responsible for delays at PostNord. In the case of very dealyed (several days) og outright missed deliveries, we will – as a service – send af new delivery free of charge.

For countries outside the EU delivery time may be up to 8 working days due to local custom procedures.

Returns
All goods purchased at www.havealook.dk are covered by Danish Sale of Goods Act and there by the two-year right of complaint. Please note that defects in products, which are caused by incorrect use or misuse, are not covered by the right of complaint.

The items you wish to return or exchange must have been handed over to a freight forwarder no later than 30 days after you have received your order.

During 30 days following the delivery of your order, you may request exchange or refund of items, which you must return to Have a look in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if original packaging is fully intact. 

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Have a Look. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. Have A Look will not charge additional shipping on first time exchanges. However, hereafter the shipping are at the customer's expense.Refunds for returning merchandise will be made to the original purchaser's credit card within two weeks of the return of the product. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund.

All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product ind the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 30-day period forllowing delivery. Return address:

Privacy policy
All personal information saved at the site will be handled with most care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than making sure you get the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about special offers and other marketing activities related to the different units of Have A Look. When registering to the site, you have an option not to receive any information from Have A Look. If you wish to end your subscription to information from Have A Look, you may make the changes in your account settings or send an email to: customerservice@havealook.dk. State your name and e-mail address and a short description of the matter in the email message.

Disclaimer
Have A Look cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items' actual colours. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

Have A Look do not guarantee that all items available at the webshop are in stock at the time of your order.

Have A Look cannot warrant that the content of this site is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up to date. Have A Look may at any time change the content of the site.

Though Have A Look strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing on the webshop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the webshop, Have A Look will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. If Have A Look are unable to get in touch with you, your order will automatically be cancelled.

Part of the services mediated through the webshop are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Have A Look act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

Have A Look cannot be held responsible for any damages caused from using the webshop or for the matter not being able to use the webshop. Have A Look cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web shop.

Governing law
These terms of use are constructed in accordance with Danish law and you agree that the Danish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Denmark and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this webshop. You must comply with all applicable local international laws and regulations regarding your use of our webshop. Have A Look reserve the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these terms and conditions, including the right to block access to the webshop. Violation of the site may be subject to prosecution.
