Welcome to the FAQ section of HaveALook. Here you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions about our products, ordering process, delivery, returns, and more. General Information
We don’t have a showroom, but you can find a selection of our glasses at our dealers. Find your nearest shop here. The complete collection is available exclusively on our webshop.
All HaveALook glasses are designed in Denmark and manufactured in Taiwan.
At Have A Look, we strive to balance aesthetics and functionality while doing our best to protect the planet. Transparent processes, high production standards, and ethical business management are the ways we hold ourselves accountable for the impact our daily decisions and activities have on the world around us. We do what we can to find and use sustainable materials that ensure the lowest possible CO2 footprint. All planned transportation from our production facilities in Taiwan to our warehouse in Denmark is carried out by ship as much as possible, we reuse packaging where feasible, and we exclusively use FSC-certified paper and cardboard. Our bio-based glasses are carefully produced with respect for both people and the environment. Read more about our initiatives here.
Ordering
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. However, you can always exchange your glasses if they don’t meet your expectations.
Yes! You have a 30-day right to cancel your order. Simply send the glasses back to us in their original condition, and we will refund your payment once we’ve received the returned items. Please note that return postage is at your expense.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us via customerservice@havealook.dk to confirm your order.
Product Information
If you struggle with close-up tasks like reading, you'll need + strength (reading glasses). If you find it hard to see clearly at a distance, - strength (distance glasses) is appropriate. Unsure? Visit an optician for an eye test.
Unfortunately, we only offer ready-to-wear glasses in strengths between -1.5 to +3.5, with the same strength in both lenses.
We do not recommend replacing the lenses in our frames. Our glasses are designed for specific lenses, and replacing them might not yield the best result.
Bifocal sunglasses combine prescription lenses at the bottom for close-up vision with normal sunglasses for distance. They are perfect for those needing reading glasses outdoors.
To maintain your HaveALook glasses, clean them with a polishing cloth and wash them occasionally with mild soap or detergent. They come in a protective case, but be mindful of scratches.
Delivery & Shipping
Orders are shipped via PostNord Tracked Letter. Delivery within Europe takes around 5 business days. For countries outside the EU, delivery may take up to 8 working days.
Shipping is free within Europe for orders of 3 or more pairs of glasses. For fewer than 3 pairs, shipping costs €7. Outside Europe, shipping is always €7.
If you haven’t received your glasses within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@havealook.dk or call +45 25 12 00 98, and we’ll help you track your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can exchange your glasses! Fill out the return slip that came with your order and send it back with the glasses you want to exchange. We'll send the new pair free of charge, but you’ll need to cover the return postage.
To return your glasses, simply send them back with the return slip. The glasses must be in the same condition as when you received them. Once we process your return, we will issue a refund to your payment card.
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your glasses for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive your returned glasses, we will process the return and refund your payment card. Please allow up to 10 working days for the bank's processing time.
Payment & Billing
We accept a variety of payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, and other secure payment methods available during checkout.
The 10% discount is only applicable to certain items, so please make sure that the products in your cart are eligible for the discount.
Discount codes may not be valid for sale items or other promotional offers. Please check the terms and conditions of your discount code.
Customer Support
If you’ve received the wrong glasses, contact us immediately at customerservice@havealook.dk or call +45 25 12 00 98. We will arrange for the correct glasses to be sent to you along with a prepaid return envelope for the incorrect pair.
If there’s an issue with the glasses you received, please contact us at customerservice@havealook.dk or call +45 25 12 00 98. We’ll send you a replacement pair and a prepaid return envelope for the faulty glasses.
Your Have A Look glasses are sent by post directly to your door. The delivery time for EU countries is approximately 5 business days with PostNord 'tracked letter' from the day you ordered your glasses. The delivery time may take up to 8 working days for countries outside the EU. Contact us at customerservice@havealook.dk or by phone at +45 25 12 00 98, if you haven't received your glasses and we will investigate and ensure you get them as quickly as possible.
