Fast shipping. You will receive your reading glasses within 3-4 working days from the day on which we received your order (EU countries). We send them by letter post, well protected in a box and their felt case.

30 days return policy. This means you have 30 days in which to change your mind about your purchase and get your money back. You must, however, return the reading glasses in the same condition and packaging, in which you received them. Remember to provide your name and invoice number, so we can transfer any balance in your favour to your credit card. We do this within 30 days. You are responsible for the expense of returning any item.
